That class was awesome and hard work but somehow fun at the same time. Lauren makes you feel welcomed and safe: from reminders to hydrate, always options to avoid pain and to work at an appropriate level. l liked the forewarning of changing moves, especially when she announced standing moving to the floor in two sets...last set. Let's not forget that pumped up playlist or her brilliant smile!
